Invoca Announces New Integration with Dynamics CRM

Invoca, the call intelligence company, has announced a new integration with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, aimed at bringing conversations into the omnichannel customer journey by connecting phone calls with every digital touchpoint.

With Invoca Connect, marketers can easily inject call intelligence into their existing technology stacks and marketing programs, including attribution platforms, CRM, call center software, marketing automation solutions and more, company officials said.

Enhancements to the Dynamics CRM integration will enable marketers to get closed-loop reporting back in Invoca, providing insight into the marketing campaigns driving calls and the outcome of each call, officials said.

Merit Solutions Announces AXcelerate

Microsoft partner Merit Solutions has launched AXcelerate, a rapid deployment offering for the newest version of Microsoft Dynamics AX. AXcelerate consists of pre-built business process models, best practice configurations, implementation and data migration templates, training documentation, reporting and standard customizations – creating a preconfigured solution that can be “dropped in” with standard configurations or used as an “accelerator” for global deployments, officials said.

AXcelerate offers a number of features including:

  • A pre-configured system and best practice templates that significantly reduces the complexity of the ERP implementation.
