BDO Solutions Achieves Microsoft Gold Cloud CRM Competency, Announces New CRM Manager

BDO Solutions has attained the Gold Cloud Customer Relationship Management competency, which says BDO demonstrates “a best-in-class ability and commitment to meet Microsoft Corp. customers’ evolving needs in today’s dynamic business environment and distinguishing itself within the top 1 percent of Microsoft’s partner ecosystem.”

To earn a Microsoft gold competency, partners must successfully complete exams (resulting in Microsoft Certified Professionals) to prove their level of technology expertise, and then designate these certified professionals uniquely to one Microsoft competency, ensuring a certain level of staffing capacity. They also must submit customer references that demonstrate successful projects (along with implementing a yearly customer satisfaction study), meet a revenue commitment (for most gold competencies), and pass technology and/or sales assessments.

Eduard Dell appointed as Area Lead DACH at Quattro Business Solutions (QBS group)

QBS Group, the Microsoft Dynamics SMB Distributor for Germany, has announced the appointment Eduard Dell as Area Lead for the DACH Region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland), effective May 1 2016. In his role Dell will lead the QBS activities in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Dell has more than 15 year experience at Microsoft Germany, where he held various positions, holding responsibility for the growth of the ERP and CRM business.
