Kaleidoscope Paints Selects BatchMaster Mfg. for Dynamics GP

Kaleidoscope Paints Ltd. has selected BatchMaster Manufacturing for Dynamics GP to integrate its business data and processes to enable greater business visibility across its manufacturing facilities.

The reasons Kaleidoscope chose BatchMaster included the company’s history and industry focus along with full integration of manufacturing and financial tasks, said Derrick Villeneuve of Microsoft partner Davyn, the local BatchMaster Channel Partner in Trinidad, in a statement. “Kaleidoscope needed to make a change to their ERP due to their Sage PFW legacy product no longer being supported.”

BatchMaster Manufacturing with Dynamics GP solves Kaleidoscope’s need for full system integration and automates its existing manual processes, according to officials. Kaleidoscope Paints will gain the full spectrum of benefits with better visibility and analytics for their inventory, quality control, formulation, manufacturing and financials.

Avanade To Help Vitamin World Evolve to a Digital Workplace

Vitamin World is working with Avanade to leverage the newest version of Microsoft Dynamics AX to support future growth with the aid of real-time information and business intelligence. Dynamics AX will be implemented in a phased approach over 18 months.

The cloud-based offering will enable Vitamin World to focus on retail best practices and processes. The first phase of the project will bring key business capabilities, including finance, product data management, procurement, and inventory onto one platform. Phase one is set to be completed later this summer.

“The retail industry is at the forefront of adopting digital technologies, and we are excited to support Vitamin World in its mission to transform its workplace,” said Jim Olson, Avanade’s senior vice president, Northeast Region, in a statement. “Given Vitamin World’s firm and targeted business milestones, the new Microsoft Dynamics AX solution is the ideal platform to rapidly deliver an end-to-end solution.”

A Hundred Answers Partners with eSignLive E-Signatures for Microsoft Dynamics CRM

E-Signature provider eSignLive has teamed up with Microsoft Gold Partner A Hundred Answers to enable the electronic signing of documents and a completely digital business process to organizations using Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

With the eSignLive for Microsoft Dynamics CRM add-on, sales, marketing and service teams can quickly obtain secure, legal and compliant e-signatures for contracts, documents and forms of all kinds, meeting advanced workflow and authentication needs, transaction management and remote, mobile, and in-person signing, according to officials.

Operations, finance, legal and compliance teams can also benefit from e-signatures because the end-to-end process is fully automated, which eliminates errors originating from cumbersome, paper-laden and staff-intensive processes, officials stated.

“A Hundred Answers with eSignLive gives government organizations and businesses the ability to keep documents and transactions completely electronic and paperless, bundled as part of a broader solution set, something that’s important from both a bottom line and a policy perspective,” said A Hundred Answers Principal and Partner Chuck Emond in a statement.
