Solgari Launches Dynamics CRM Online integration
Solgari has launched its integration with Microsoft Dynamics CRM to help sales and marketing teams harness the power of cloud voice and video communications via its intelligent cloud-based business communications platform. The service is also fully compatible with Microsoft Skype for Business.
The solution also offers features to help Dynamics CRM partners looking to execute quicker and smarter sales and marketing campaigns, according to company officials.
With the integration, customers can reach contact center agents using browser-based voice, video and chat communications options, enabling instant communication via any Internet-connected device from any location and at no cost, officials stated.
Inbound communications are identified using IVR and/or voice verification and then routed to the correct agent groups who handle all customer interaction with Dynamics CRM, according to officials.
Customers can pick and choose what they need on a SaaS basis and there are no physical infrastructure requirements, company officials stated.

Levtech Consulting to implement Dynamics AX for Lulua Publishing
Levtech Consulting has been selected by Lulua Publishing to implement Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3. The project aims to automate business functions and build a single operational platform across the publishing group.
Because the company has different business lines, Lulua needed to select a simple, but comprehensive ERP system to empower its employees and automate the business processes, according to company officials.
Based on a detailed evaluation, Lulua decided to implement Dynamics AX to consolidate its business and selected Levtech as its consulting partner.
As part of this project, Levtech will integrate Dynamics AX with an external e-commerce platform to give Lulua’s customers a better online shopping experience, officials stated.
“Group level financial consolidation features in AX will also be another key enhancement that will help Lulua have visibility into the business operations of all its companies,” said Oommen P. Oommen, regional manager, business development, Levtech Consulting, in a statement. “This implementation will definitely help Lulua to eliminate manual processes, reduce costs, boost productivity and ultimately, achieve business growth.”
