Broadview Adds Microsoft Dynamics 365 to its Growing List of OfficeSuite UC Software Integrations
Broadview Networks, a provider of cloud-based unified communications (UC) and information technology services, has rolled out OfficeSuite UC for Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Broadview’s cloud-based OfficeSuite UC capabilities integrate directly with an organization’s customer relationship management (CRM) system to streamline everyday business functions, providing such features as call pop-ups, call logging, automatic in-application call timer, integrated presence and click-to-call, as Broadview describes.
In addition, all OfficeSuite UC software integrate with the UC features of MyOfficeSuite to allow users to chat instantly with co-workers, check voicemail, launch an OfficeSuite HD Meeting for team collaboration and more.
“By integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 with OfficeSuite UC, we are giving businesses, and their employees, an effortless way to communicate and collaborate, providing an overall better employee and customer experience,” said Stephen Farkouh, Broadview Networks’ executive vice president of information systems, in a statement.
SAGlobal Europe Acquires Leading Microsoft Partner – M4 Systems
SAGlobal Europe has acquired Cardiff-based Microsoft Dynamics CRM partner, M4 Systems Ltd.
“M4 Systems is a mirror image of SAGlobal in terms of its dedication to customer service and delivery excellence,” said SAGlobal CEO Stephen James, in a statement.
M4 Systems’ complementary product focus will enable SAGlobal’s vision to deliver all aspects of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, James stated.

Jade Appointed Microsoft Dynamics 365 Partner in Australia
Jade Software, an Australian provider of digital transformation services, has been named a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Gold competency partner. The incorporation of the Dynamics 365 suite of products will allow Jade to fast track digital transformation projects for its financial services customers in Australia.
Dynamics 365 complements Jade’s digital transformation services that will help companies become modern, digital businesses, company officials stated.

ENAVATE Welcomes New Chief Sales Officer to Executive Leadership Team
ENAVATE, a Microsoft Dynamics 365 provider, announced the appointment of sales and marketing technology leader Bud Michael. He will be responsible for leading all sales and marketing activities for ENAVATE and will serve on the Executive Leadership Team providing his expertise to guide ENAVATE towards Vision 2020, the company’s near-term business plan.
Michael brings to ENAVATE over 38 years operating experience in high technology for industry leading hardware, software and services companies. He has held executive level sales and marketing positions with such companies Intel, Tandem Computer and Sequent Computers, and he was EVP, Products & Marketing at KANA, a publicly-traded enterprise software company, responsible for all product strategy, planning and development, worldwide marketing, and information management systems. Michael has been CEO at four privately owned technology services companies and has successfully contributed marketing, sales and general business leadership to mid-sized software and services companies.
