Sovereign and PowerObjects partner to configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 for use across Tenancy Management, Customer Contact and Sovereign Living services
Sovereign Housing Association and PowerObjects, an HCL Technologies Company are pleased to announce their partnership to configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 for use across Sovereign’s Tenancy Management, Customer Contact and Sovereign Living services. The project will support Sovereign’s aspiration to become a modern and connected business, transforming services to deliver a contextual and individualised experience for each customer.

PowerObjects, utilising their long-standing partnership with tech-giant Microsoft, will support the delivery of Sovereign’s wider strategic business objectives including managing customer demand, proactively managing risk and delivering services more efficiently.
“We are expanding our channel offering to meet growing and changing customer expectations,” says Dart. “As part of our digital programme we’ll make a wider range and choice of contact channels available to customers, all designed to interact seamlessly with each other.”
Sovereign plans to use Dynamics to become more proactive in how they deliver services to customers using data and wider Cloud services to identify at the earliest opportunity risks that could become serious incidents, and prioritise those responses according to root causes. With Dynamics 365 for Field Service, Sovereign will be able to deploy the right resource, to the right person, at the right time.
“Using Dynamics and its wider digital platform capabilities, we have the opportunity to deliver customer-facing services more efficiently,” says Sam Dart. “We will deploy resource more effectively; reduce the level of duplication and double handling in our management of customer contacts; and dial down the level of avoidable customer contact.”
PowerObjects, integrated PowerProperty solution for housing associations, is built on Microsoft Dynamics technology and offers housing associations a platform to enable innovation and digital service improvements. “Regardless of the channel customers choose to do business with Sovereign, a personalised and contextual service must be delivered from the front to the back-office,” say Rahul Pawar, Sales Director, EMEA at PowerObjects. “Dynamics will play a key role in enabling demand management and operating an omni-channel contact center for Sovereign.”
