COSTA MESA, CA – SYSPRO, a global provider of industry-built enterprise resource planning (ERP) software announces today that CRN®, a brand of The Channel Company, has named Sandra Fraga, SYSPRO Corporate Chief Marketing Officer, and Dawna Olsen, SYSPRO USA Chief Marketing Officer, to its prestigious 2019 Women of the Channel list. The leaders on this annual list are from all areas of the IT channel ecosystem; representing technology suppliers, distributors, solution providers, and other IT organizations. Each is recognized for her contributions to channel advocacy, channel growth, and visionary leadership.
“What an honor to have not one, but two of SYSPRO’s influential leaders recognized by CRN for their dedication to strengthening our PartnerUP community through sales and marketing support, education, and communication,” said Geoff Garrett, SYSPRO USA CEO. “Sandra and Dawna have a deep understanding of channel partner enablement, and the critical role partners play in SYSPRO’s ability to grow and scale,” Garrett said.
Fraga, a veteran and senior leader in the IT industry with deep experience in sales, marketing, and product roles at Dell and Microsoft, is currently focused on engaging, educating, and inspiring SYSPRO’s channel partners. Her passion has taken the form of a new global Partner Enablement Portal which will launch later this year. “If we truly want to enable our partners to win sales, it’s essential they have SYSPRO product and ERP industry knowledge at their fingertips,” said Fraga. “The team and I really look forward to providing this enhanced sales experience to our channel partners,” she said.
Olsen is leveraging her ERP industry expertise and over 20 years of experience with B2B strategic planning and sales growth to enable SYSPRO channel partners to win. “What makes PartnerUP stand out from the pack is our focus on the success of our partners, with a huge emphasis on the relationship. We work with our partners closely to provide them with opportunities in their respective industries and then support them throughout the sales cycle and on to victory,” said Olsen. “I love being part of such a unique and team-oriented process with our channel.”
Alignment between all regions and respective PartnerUP partners is a top priority for SYSPRO. Since its launch, PartnerUP has gained rapid momentum – a clear result of a strong leadership team that subscribes to the company’s philosophy of “relationships over transactions.”
Fraga and Olsen played a major role in designing valuable content for the SYSPO USA PartnerUP Summits held in November and May. Currently, Olsen is busy curating another partner-centric and customer-focused event this September in Huntington Beach, CA: the SYSPRO WAVE Customer Conference. SYSPRO partners and customers are encouraged to register now for this exclusive event featuring keynotes from industry leaders, hand-on labs, extended education opportunities, networking, and much more.
The 2019 Women of the Channel list will be featured in the June issue of CRN Magazine and online at www.CRN.com/WOTC.
