Business Intelligence Architect

Slightly over 3,000 employees, 13 locations in 13 countries. Military and Law Enforcement is primary customers. Also has an automotive offering. Split between FL and Ontario, Canada.
1. Coming in at the beginning of a huge ERP implementation.
2. Growing company. Since becoming an independent company in 2012, acquired 4 companies in 2013. Acquired another one last year.
3. Can now sell directly to customers- planning to significantly grow Retail segment.

7. As the company grows, the I.T. organization will be changing significantly, and will becoming experts in various parts of their business and opportunities for leadership.
I.T. Environment with .NET Development running on Windows, SQL Server almost everywhere, Visual Studio and SharePoint.
Dynamics AX 2012 R3 is being implemented currently across the organization with go-live’s scheduled for later this year.
Location: Jacksonville, FL. Relocation assistance provided
Travel: Negligible, less than 10%
Compensation: $110-120k/yr base + 15% bonus and excellent benefits
Being focused on growth, they have a very unique opportunity for a passionate Business Intelligence Architect.
This position will establish best practice and methodology in the area of data architecture, design, development, and delivery, as well as define and implement the data architecture strategy across all systems and applications. Examples include:
Deliver business intelligence to all areas of the organization
Identify and implement state of the art tools for Master Data Management, Data Modeling, and Business Intelligence reporting
Assist developers with application deployment, ensuring that changes moved to production follow standards established for system integrity and security
Develop and support business Intelligence systems, including dashboards, balanced scorecards, and standardized reporting, as defined by the business and senior management
Five (5) to eight (8) years experience in Business Intelligence (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS)

Must be extremely knowledgeable in Oracle, and / or MS SQL Server, DBA certification preferred
Knowledge of Master Data Management and the tools used to support data warehouse, ETL, and Business Intelligence reporting
Project Management skills
Skilled in Business Process Re-Design and Change Management
Knowledge of scorecard / dashboard software a plus
Experience with database administration and concepts a plus
