He is focused 100% as a part of the mngt team and enterprise sales. He is managing 3 sales executives and 3 full time pre-sales folks and a couple of folks that help prepare demos.

Would be lkg for somebody with ERP sales in 1 of their verticals or similar. Process Industry could translate to Life Sciences or Professional Services to Financial Services or Media Industries.
Not interested in existing customer account managers as they already have 2 dedicated professionals focused on existing clients. They need somebody that is hungry, enjoys some friendly competition, and enjoys working from home. Completely understands and ERP sales cycle. Become a trusted advisor with courage to tell the customer they are wrong on occasion.
Would be placed in the industry of greatest strength. They are focused on the following verticals: Financial Services, Media & Entertainment, Life Sciences and Public Sector.
They employ a very collaborative approach to sales delivery. The sales executives are not expected to do cold calling, but they are expected to develop relationships with Microsoft and other Microsoft Partners not doing ERP. Almost everything else is being generated from their inside sales and marketing teams.
Do expect it will take 4-6 months to close the 1st deal and they are patient. But will be looking for pipeline development. They have a $3.2million goal from a topline SW/Services experience.
No cap on commissions. Commissions are paid on a quarterly basis
For 250 seats or more, customer can work with a LAR and they become an advisor on the deal and Microsoft pays them a kickback or referral fee via the Master Services Agreement.
With the combination of dedicated pre-sales folks and inside sales folks that should free up 1/3 more time for sales closure.

Job Description Statement
Our talented team of Partner Relationships, Inside Sales and Business Development Managers will generate leads for you. The Sales Executive will be responsible for moving an identified opportunity through the sales cycle to a closed deal with the support of others – this role incorporates a great deal of team selling. We have a number of presales resources with unique abilities and expertise in each of our verticals that you will be paired up with throughout every sales cycle. The Sales Executive will drive the sales process from initial contact to signed contract and create a tailored sales approach for each prospective client through discovery and needs analysis with the assistance of support resources throughout the process. Our Sales Executives can stay focused on closing new deals as they won’t be distracted with matters prior to lead qualification or after a deal closes – our team of Project Managers and Account Managers ensure a successful implementation and long-lasting client relationships after go-live. Travel is required within the regional territory to meet with clients.
- Lead the team designated to your customers’ sales cycles consisting of the sales executive, Presales Engineer/Solution Architect and an Executive Sponsor from an identified opportunity to a closed deal
- Create a solution vision for the client and a sales plan unique to that client’s sales cycle
- Execute the sales cycle by participating in the following:
- Discovery Meetings
- Coordinate Product Demonstrations performed by Solution Architects
- Creating Proposals
- Leading Contract Negotiation with client
The candidate should be an accomplished and polished sales professional in the Microsoft Dynamics arena possessing the confidence, intelligence and determination to sell to financial and C level executives. Ideally, this candidate will have direct selling experience of Microsoft Dynamics products, but we are open to those individuals with direct sales experience in other enterprise and/or midmarket ERP/CRM environments.
- Five years’ experience selling MS Dynamics AX or other midmarket ERP systems
- Understanding how to build value in the sales process with potential clients who are analytical and numbers-driven by nature
- Closing business and having a provable track record of having done so
- Successful documented track record of consultative selling to C level executives
