Bryan Ray is a veteran Search Consultant and 20+ year veteran within the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)community. Bryan formed DynamicsFocus,LLC. almost 10 years ago after successfully building out a Microsoft technology recruiting practice for Management Recruiters International, one of the longest running and largest recruiting organizations in the world.
Bryan was with MRI for 8 years and in that timeframe earned recognition as a repeat Sales Executive/Recruiter of the year every year except for his rookie season, set records for top individual sales, top sales month, and top revenue year for local office (25 yr history) by focusing on establishing long-term, respectful relationships with both his client contacts and the professionals he recruited on their behalf.
Prior to that, Bryan had successful stops as a Recruiting Manager, as a Corporate Recruiter for a quickly expanding Software Solutions Consultancy with offices in Chicago, Boston and the UK and with a start-up recruiting organization that was successful in establishing relationship with Microsoft Corporation and became 1 of their 10 preferred vendors in the entire US market place. He has been successful throughout his career because he is more focused about making the right match between the person and the company and has always felt the money will follow.
Bryan is uniquely qualified to assist with growing companies leveraging ERP/CRM because this is his charter. He has concentrated nearly 100% of his time on meeting the needs of growing Enterprise Resource Planning and Customer Relationship Management service organizations and the customers that leverage those applications to drive business efficiencies for their respective organization.
Bryan has a track record of success and has built out one of the strongest networks in North America comprised of professional services Cloud ERP/CRM professionals with a particular focus on the MS Dynamics, NetSuite and Salesforce applications. This network is comprised of approximately 75% permanent employees that are gainfully employed and not “actively” looking, but would be open to consider select opportunities. The balance is comprised of industry veterans that prefer project work and are available on a sub-contract basis and serve as subject matter experts.
Bryan has successfully recruited across almost all industries and throughout both Canada and the United States.
